We're Raising the Barre of EXCELLENCE in Dance!
2007 Summer Dance Program July 10- August 16
On Stage at the Edgartown School
4-5 Yrs Kinder Dance, Weds., 3-4 PM
Our youngest dancers have fun learning about rhythm and movement as they stretch and twirl their bodies. Class introduces ballet basics.
$65/ 6 Week Course or $12/ Single Class
6-9 Yrs Ballet Technique, Tues., 3-4:30 PM Ballet /Jazz, Thurs., 3-4:30 PM
With an emphasis on ballet technique, young dancers can also experience the exciting genre of jazz dance.
$200/ 6 Week Course (Price includes both classes!) or $18/ Single Class
10-12 Yrs Ballet Technique, Tues., 4:30-6:30 PM Ballet /Jazz, Thurs., 4:30-6:30 PM
Two hour classes allow these dancers to refine their technical skills. This course also emphasizes ballet technique while allowing young dancers to experience the exciting genre of jazz dance.
Note: This level is appropriate for more advanced dancers who wish to take class en pointe.
$220/ 6 Week Course (Price includes both classes!) or $20/ Single Class

Teen/Adult (Beg/Int) Ballet /Jazz, Weds., 4:00-5:30 PM
For the dancer who had a late start to his or her training or who is new to ballet. This class offers a ballet barre warm-up and jazz dance center practice.
$110/ 6 Week Course or $18/ Single Class
Adv/Int Ballet Technique, Weds., 5:30-7:30PM (Min. 2 yrs serious ballet training.)
Fast paced ballet class for the serious dancer. Class includes a rigorous barre and center practice emphasizing on leaps and turns with plenty of stretching and adagio.
$110/ 6 Week Course or $18/ Single Class
Teen/Adult Lyrical Jazz, Tues., 6:30-7:30 PM
Floor Barre warm-up with ‘Broadway Jazz’ style combinations. A great workout, this class will include practice of jumps, turns and adagio movement.
$65/6 Week Course or $15/ Single ClassPrivate Coaching Available Ballet Technique, Floor Barre, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Ballroom for Weddings.
Can't make it to one of our classes but still want to train? No worries, we'll come to you. Class offerings based on instructor availability and space requirements.
$50/ Hour + $15 each additional student.

I understand that MV Dance Theatre (herein also known as MVDT) will not be liable for any injuries that may occur during lessons or on the premises of the MVDT Training Facility or at performances and event facilities.
